MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To assist the Group Chief Academic Officer to ensure the smooth operations of the Academic Department who is overseeing the Academic Portfolio of Educor. The Duties and Responsibilities of the Academic Administrator includes:

  • General Administration Duties
  • Academic Department Operations & Maintenance
  • Academic Courier Bookings
  • Academic Travel
  • Academic Communication
  • Academic Committee Meetings
  • Academic Motivation
  • Academic Workshops, Events, Conference’s
  • Academic Budgets
  • Academic Payments

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

1.Co-ordinate all finance related matters between the Academic Department and Finance Department
2.Send correspondence on behalf of the Academic Department
3.Meeting Co-ordination
4.General Administration Duties

Requirements
Job Requirements1.Minimum Diploma (Degree would be advantageous)
2.1-3 Years Experience in administration (Experience in an Academic Department)
3.High level of competency in MS Offices, particularly Word, Excel
